DAVE EUSTICE, CSM (RET) ARNG
Dave Eustice served in the Minnesota Army National Guard for more than 26 years, 23 of those as a Noncommissioned Officer. The most difficult and rewarding assignment of his career was the decade he spent in the Recruiting and Retention BN. During the majority of his time at RRB, he served as Area NCOIC, Production Sergeant Major, and Command Sergeant Major. Dave Eustice's team was nationally recognized for outstanding performance in enlisted recruiting. They exceeded their annual mission well ahead of schedule.
