FY20 and FY21 ended up being our highest producing years in over a decade, ending both at 116% and 113% respectively. At the beginning of FY23 we called out MRE to re-train our entire Battalion post COVID restrictions. Immediate ROI was a 47% increase in production with a 5-month average increase of 44% so far. I’ve been in Recruiting for 18 years now and this training is the best I’ve utilized. It is a mandatory attendance for every NCO in the Battalion once they promote to E6 and E8.”
