- “We utilized MRE after a complete leadership Change of Command in FY19 and again in FY23. Our ROI in both instances exceeded expectations. FY20 and FY21 ended up being our highest producing years in over a decade, ending both at 116% and 113% respectively. At the beginning of FY23 we called out MRE to re-train our entire Battalion post COVID restrictions. Immediate ROI was a 47% increase in production with a 5-month average increase of 44% so far.
